The Range Buffalo hat is a classic symbol of the west and is pressed into full grain Horween leather.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲'𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞: Using a combination of heat and pressure we stamp each full-grain leather patch. This debossing process maintains the integrity of the leather while being able to achieve ultra-high detail designs. We hand apply each patch using our proprietary adhesion process in our Laramie, WY workshop. This incredibly strong bond is built to take on anything you throw at it.
